The Dragon Council

The Dragon Council are an ancient, high order of Dragon Born who rule over the Dragonkin of Primus. Long have they resisted the Empire's colonial forces - though vastly underpowered compared the the Empire's Magitech, the only reason that Primus has remained uncolonized for so long is because the Empire has struggled several times to get a foothold in the extremely dangerous planet conditions. Here, only the dragonkin know how to survive among the ferocious nature.
