Emperor Lucar
Emperor Lucar was the fabled ruler of the Rainbow Empire who took the fateful decision to have the High Magi use an arcane ritual to rip the lands asunder, in order to stop the Writhing Death. He survived the Sundering, and formed his new capital on the hillside that he was standing on when the Sundering took place. He named the new empire the Lucarcian Empire and the capital city was also named after him. Emperor Lucar had three children and his line lasted for just over 500 years.
