Coruba

Coruba was a port on Granita's west coast. The town was a place full of pirates and other criminals, and was almost sacred to them. Coruba was considered by their kind the 'last free port', which means that it was one of the few places in the Empire that was not under the control of the Guild of Master Merchants and Sea Farers. It was the base of the Pirate King, Nickolai Kester, until his defeat here recently.
