Unknown (a.k.a. Torch)

The hot stench of burning flesh fills your nostrils as the air around you becomes dense with smoke. You attempt to crawl away from the carnage around you, but your arms give way as your strength leaves your body. You can taste your own blood pouring out of your mouth onto the sand beneath you. You turn on to your side and see a hulking mass approaching you. He is wearing thick tan robes with black scorch marks all over. As the thud of his metal boots grows louder, your eyes meet his. He stares down at you through the metal slat in his welder mask. His eyes are a deep scarlet and his breathing is heavy, but he seems otherwise calm and composed. You guess that he's killed dozens, no hundreds of people before you. Whether he does this for pay or just for fun, you'll never know.
He looks down at his left hand, holding the revolver that pierced your abdomen and rendered you helpless to this monstrosity. He slowly shakes his head; too simple a death perhaps. He turns to his right hand, where his lower arm has become a metal tube with various gauges and canisters adorning it. His eyes light up for a moment. He's decided your fate. He holsters his revolver at his side and begins adjusting some knobs on the tube. He then turns the tube to you. A dim blue flame sputters at the end of the barrel. Suddenly, it sparks to life and engulfs your body. Your last thoughts are of your best friends lying by your side, and the heavy breathing of the monster known as Torch...

Unknown, although various bullet holes and scorch marks can be found on his robes and on his welding mask.

No special abilities, although it seems he's highly resistant to flame and will not die easily from bullets

Mental characteristics

Personal history

Not much is known about Torch aside from the scenes of corpses and burned-out camps discovered by travelers. Whether he is a hired mercenary or a pleasure-seeking pyromaniac, he certainly knows how to kill people excruciatingly slowly. His targets also seem to be random; his work is suspected to have included small groups of travelers as well as entire gangs of bikers. He seems to wander the world aimlessly looking for his next target.
