Thrallers
Some things run on coal. Some things run on gas. Some things run on blood - and the best of those things are cars. Thrallers are drivers whose engines run on blood. Found wherever there are roads - Thrallers can be identified by the blood lust in their eyes, the edge in their voice, or.. you know.. the giant fucking stake sticking out through their chest.
Anyone can drive a car. Only a Thraller can let the car drive them.

Qualifications
In order to become a Thraller you need two things.
- Skills as a driver
- A car that likes you
Even the most experienced driver might lack the cravings or the lust or whatever special things that makes you tick needed to become a Thraller. The process of finding a match for such an engine could require going through a couple hundred people, though granted the apocalypse contains an abundance of freaks and weirdos willing to try.
Career Progression
Thrallers last for about ten or so years. Nobody can keep giving so much of themself to the engine with lurks below the hood. Life as a Thraller ends when you're out of blood or you're able to break your addiction to the road.
Payment & Reimbursement
Thrallers are top of the line drivers. If you need someone who is part mercenary and part courier, part fighter and part mad man, then they're the hire for you. Services aren't cheap, but they're well worth the pretty penny if a job needs to be done well.

There are a total thirteen engines which run on blood throughout the Rocpocalypse.
Typically hired by merchants in need of some serious reinforcements for their goods, Thrallers are often in heavy demand from the spring through the fall, especially during harvests.
