Quaker

Quaker has been around Rocpacalypse as long as anyone can remember and seems to know all there is to know about it. They are part historian, part philosopher, part instructor, part therapist.
Quaker shares what impartial knowledge about the world---both the Old world and the new---that they have by leaving notes, scrawling messages on walls, and delivering impromptu sit-in lectures. Allied to no one but with no enemies either, only the most deranged and psychotic dwellers in Rocpacalypse wish Quaker any harm.
