After being taught to stay away from the woods, Ghio and their parents resided in the suburbs of Irene's Decoy. Out on a stroll one night on the beaten roads, they noticed a strange blue glow. It was Irene's ghost! All fled, running as fast as they could but it wasn't enough to save them. However, the ghost decided to spare Ghio. They were only the young age of seven as the parents transformed to the mindless 'Renies. After being taught what to do in this situation, Ghio had to shoot both of their parents. Forever traumatized by the fading glow of their parent's eyes as the bullet went clean right between them, Ghio must continue with their life.
