Blue-Tan Jump

Dripping through the cracks of the crazed, maelstrom-infested Infinite Loop, there's a bluish glow that attracts those who know of it. Few do, as few travel into this area. It comes from old buildings, out of the ground, even from the sky itself! Few huddle around it, warming it and drinking it like mother's milk. Their eyes turn to a tan-ish gold, personalities gone and making them now ravenous and very, very hungry.
Blue-Tan Jump was what it soon became called as word of it spread. Little remains now of what was first found, but those who have it are extremely dangerous. They roam the streets, trying to spread their word with their mouths and teeth permanently stained a neon-blue. Known as jumpers, they want to take whatever they have and guard it with their lives, leaving anything and everything they once had behind.

Utility

To use, one heads up the jelly until it's in a viscious-like state. It is then orally ingested and held in the mouth for most efficient absorption. Those who have it in stockpile keep them in jars, bags, or even in bullets. Sadly, as one poor fuck found out, it cannot be used as a fuel source (for now).

Manufacturing

Nobody knows where it came from exactly, so recreating it is nearly impossible by those who haven't studied it. Those who have can only recreate a worse quality version in smaller quantities that can end up causing brain damage or mental breakdowns. Possibly even death!

Access & Availability

A lot of the Blue-Tan Jump (BTJ) was taken to IQ HQ upon discovery of its incredible hallucinatory and addictive quality. That didn't stop the purely insane from going in there and taking whatever else they could for themselves. While not a lot was found in Infinite Loop from its original site, many black markets and high-class dealers have some in their stocks, ready for the right paying consumer.

Discovery

On an in-depth journey to the Inner Loop, a select group of IQ HQ scientists found a weird blue-ish substrate that resembled loose slime. Something about it seemed strange and other-worldly, but for those who decided to take the leap, they found something far more potent than any needle.
