RoE Short Facts: Magic is actually disappearing

Did you know: Magic in Ar'kael is actually starting to fade?
While it is not mentioned in the story, magic in Ar'kael is actually going through a pretty rough patch that no one knows exactly the reason's as to why.
Multiple theories and hypothesis's as to why however do exist on the notion.
Wizards and Witches who often feel the Hum that comes with magic and are thus were the first to feel its fade, often deduce that it is partially because of overuse, with many often stating that mages and such have been "taking more then the land can give at a time", leading to the notion that magic is instead not a infinite source like originally though, but instead a finite one that could completely diminish and quiet possibly even fully deplete in a hundred or so years time. Which may not seem like a lot to most mortal's, but for some who live long lives, can feel like such a short time.
Others however instead often fiercely rally against that notion; often stating that Human's are indeed the cause of the depletion of magic on Ar'kael, with many claiming that it was the Human's forced cultivation of the land that ultimately had cut them off from it and thus since have caused them to loose the full-on connection many magic user's once had in the land itself. With many claiming the "Land has so much more to give"
Whatever the reason might be, many do not know how to exactly fix the issue; with some coming up with solutions ranging from peaceful, to practically downright barbaric. . .What is certain however, is that if a solution is not found, life in Ar'kael will be quite different for a lot of people and creatures in the coming years.
