Quarantine Wing

The Risen Council set up a whole wing of Risenhall dedicated to the keeping of the disfigured as they call them. Humans that went too close to a rift between this world and hell that their bodies partially succumbed. While the mutation of their bodies is by no means contagious, the council treats them like pests, quarantining them away from the rest of the survivors.
