Fnipper
Fnipper are small forest dwelling hunter gathers. They prefer peaceful and quiet lives. The females tend to be the dominant and more intelligent of the species while the males do most of the manual labor, hunting and cooking. The species is thought to be magical because they have a luminescent glow when they are frightened or embarrassed. In actuality, they have learned how to utilize magic but they have no real innate magical abilities and desperately struggle to control their emotions and thereby their luminescence. Only the very old or exceptionally calm Fnipper have learned to control their glow.
