Definitely a girl. She doesn't even have a concept of questioning her gender.

She's had few opportunities to explore that since leaving the monastery. But once she does, I feel she'll likely be Demisexual.

Education

Extensive training under other monks. She has learned to use her body as a deadly weapon and act at incredible speeds. 

Her academics were something she always blew off. While she appreciates learning and honing the mind, she's not so good at that. 

She's always struggled to grasp her spirituality. Which is an incredible struggle for a monk, truly.

Employment

She wanders doing odd jobs and helping out where she can. She's not terribly interested in a career.
