Learning New Skills:
People who want to learn a new additional skill or skills.
It takes 1 1/2 yrs or 18 mo., also 4-6 hrs a week per each skill for training plus another 6-8 hrs a week for homework per each skill to learn in/out side your program aka OCC.
Plus if you fail 3 times in a you don't get the skill and must start over.
These are added skills that can be learn and do not take any Related or Secondary skill up. Unless you wish them too take them in replacement of the skill you are trying to learn as a faster way to learn it. Q: So, Once every three months you roll to determine if you are understanding the material (skill).
You get 10 points per month, plus your IQ and your ME.
Example: 3 months = 30 points, if you had an IQ of 18 and an ME of 22 that would equal 40.
Add them all together and you would roll percentile against 70 (30 + 18 + 22 = 70).
Just like any normal skill you want to be below that mark (i.e. 1 - 70 ) to see if you are grasping the material.
For each successful roll you add 10 points to your next roll (i.e. the next roll will be against 80 not 70). A: Only that if you fail a roll the next time you will go down. -10 pts.
So in your example, the next check (aka 3 mo.) to see if you are learning the new skill or not. Your roll to make it would be 1 - 60.
