Attribute Rolling

Rolling Dice for Character Stats
When rolling dice for characters stats;
if you are rolling 2d6 and you get a (12) add 1d6 more stop after that.
When rolling 3D6 and you roll a (16) or higher add 1d6 more, if you roll a (6) add one more 1D6. exp. There is no re-rolls on the add 1D6. This does not include characters with 3D6 + 6 in there stats or something like that.
Now if you are rolling an SDC character re-roll 1, 2, & 3's.
If you are making an MDC re-roll 1 & 2's this also go for rolling htp, sdc, isp, ppe, or any add race or OCC bonus. exp.
If I was making a human I would roll 3D6 for my stats I get a 6 + 3 + 5 because I am an SDC character I get to re-roll my 3 so then I roll and get a 5. Now I have a 16 in total but because I have a 16 I get to add 1D6 so I roll a 2. I don't get to re-roll on the add 1D6 so my new total is 18 and it stays that way. Now if I play a OCC that add 1D6 to my stat because of some kind of training I can roll and if I get a 2 then I get a re-roll. I hope this helps. Good luck and good rolling.   Q: Just curious if you are hard and fast on the no extra dice for (dice+#) races? Looks like Palladium says these races should be able to have exceptional stats as well:
From the Palladium FAQ
"43. The P.P. and P.E. statistics for every Chiang-Ku hatchling printed (Fang Lo and Abkii ) cannot be achieved according to any of the printed rules. Are these characters typos or are the die rolls for these Chiang-Ku hatchling statistics (2d6+3) printed incorrectly?
Answer: 2D6+3 is correct for Chiang-Ku hatchling P.P. and P.E. However, a roll of 12 on the 2D6 allows for a 1D6 bonus roll. Thus, the hatchling has the potential to reach 21 in these attributes."
  A: In the example of your Chiang-Ku hatching which is a cool dragon to play (I know because I have played one) The maximum stat for the Chiag-Ku hatching PP, PE is a 15. If you ask me about it during character creation. In this case of the Chiang-Ku hatching +3 to it stat is not a big deal.
I would allow it and the max would be 21. I only do this rule because some RCC get like crazy pluses, like +10 or +15. However re-roll still apply of the 1 & 2's for the Chiang-Ku hatching because it is an MDC.
