Range: 20 feet (6 m) per level of the spell caster.

Duration: 2 rounds per level of experience.

Saving Throw: Special. There is no save vs magic, but intended victims can try to dodge being snared by rolling a 16 or higher.

P.P.E. Seven

This spell creates a net composed of magic fibers which will snare 1-6 human-sized victims within a 10 foot (3 m) diameter.

Normal weapons cannot cut through the net; only magic weapons and spells can affect this net. Even then it requires a full two rounds (30 seconds) to cut or blast out (a dispel magic barriers will dispel it instantly).

Anyone caught in the magic net is helpless and unable to attack or defend themselves. The spell caster can cancel the net at any time.
