This spell enables the spell caster to read (decipher) any magic scroll and inscription, text, or book that uses magic symbols or runes at 94% proficiency.

The ability lasts only for the duration of the spell and the spell caster will not be able to read those same inscriptions once the spell has elapsed.

This spell does not interpret other languages and their alphabets, nor does it identify/decipher magic circles, only the magic symbols used in it.

Likewise, this spell does not identify or decipher wards.
