Vamhastra Hydros

A once crashed Vamkalin city that was modified to be able to travel under the sea after the denizens were repeatedly harassed to assimilate into Arcania. The city can float, submerge, and move under the water, however it requires the help of Vamhastra Aeros to travel between the inner and outer seas.
