Storm Whale

A powerful magical beast that floats through the sky and causes storms. As its name would suggest it looks like a whale in general shape, but it also has an array of 42 electrically charged tendrils and it exhales huge plumes of steam. This cloud of steam around it coupled with its propensity to fly high in the sky means the creature is usually surrounded by a massive, often storming cloud. Although not open hostile, they are objectively dangerous leading some to hunt them and others to hide from them. 
It is unknown exactly what they eat, but they have been known to descend from the sky to scoop up water, often from the seas.
