A Hell Duke, also known as the Rotting Duke, he takes the form of a grotesque bloated ghoulish humanoid. He is said to be the king of the ghouls and a master of the necromantic arts. He bargains with mortals to take their souls in exchange for power, often turning them into ghouls or giving them necromantic knowledge.
