Twelt Nuffingdale
Twelt is a half human, half Rhye elf who lives in the Court of Hunter. He has made it his personal mission to find and help injured or sick wild animals. A large bow of enchanted water clearly identifies the older half-elf, which is used to fire stun arrows at creatures that he deems in need of his help.
