Precila mountains

This mountain range secludes Widud from the rest of Dae. The only way to access Widud by land is to go through the Pass-- it is also of course possible to sail around, but by land the Precila Mountains block all other passage. The mountains are physically unremarkable, especially when compared to the Hultois mountain range in Skaia. However, their political importance is responsible for the development of Widud.
The mountains themselves are said to be the body of the forest goddess, Precila. Dog Peek is said to be the body of the first dog, who was her companion in life.
