Gold Dragon Lender Guild

The Gold Dragon Lender Guild is a financial guild that works alongside adventurer guilds. The guild focuses on lending money to adventurers who need the money to be able to buy their initial equipment or more experienced adventurers who require money for magical items and Mastercraft Items.

Lending System

• When an adventurer requires funds for adventuring equipment, the Gold Dragon Lender Guild offers the adventurer either coins or the piece of equipment they require.
• The adventure then leaves collateral in the form of material possessions, items, vehicles or even estates.
• If such collateral does not exist and if GDLG agrees, the adventurer stays in debt to GDLG, although usually the individual is requested to bring someone who'd be agreeing to pay the debt for the individual in the case of the adventurer's death.
• The GDLG requires the adventurer to say which quests or missions they or their party plan to complete. The missions and quests can be any mission or quest from any of GDLG's partnered adventurer guilds.
• GDLG define the interest rate over time - how much money the adventurer will have to return to GDLG depending on how long it takes them to return the money.

• In the occasion of an individual dying without repaying their debt and their collateral not being of enough value to repay the lost loan, GDLG may and usually does make a mission request to partnered adventurer guilds to go on the mission that the individual died in and to bring back the lost equipment of the individual, which is then sold by GDLG and any excess coin is returned to the individual's family or others who've been left on their will.

Tip - Being a part of an adventurer guild that GDLG is partnered with makes lending much easier, as the guild trusts you with larger loans and you also may receive a discount on the interest.

Structure

At the top of the guild is the Guild Master with chiefs and managers under them who are in charge of clerks, treasurers, guards and other personnel.
