Ilvirian quest
I mentioned a quest to head up to an Ilvirian research location. This can wait till the summer turn, but if we can combine travel, i'd like to propose that we do so.
I'd rather not go, unless 3 or more of the clans are represented.
I know you mentioned some of this last night, but could you put in writing some of the details of the mission (also for Timador's benefit who missed last night):
Background about the person/people who told you about this place
How long you think it will take
What you are hoping to discover/accomplish
No matter what, Varock is always up for a mission so count me in
I made friends with the Ilvirians in golotha. While talking to them they gave me a gift of an old ancient mask uncovered near the lake in the center of harn.
They told me it was found on an island off of the coast of Lake Benath.
They have a small emcampment studying an old Ilvirian site on the southern tip of the island.
They do not venture north due to "strange happenings" but on one excursion they found the mask.
They invited me to visit, and gave me credentials to gain access ( i believe )....
The invitation is just to visit and see their studies? Or have they asked for help with something?
i got the thought they wouldn't have an issue with us exploring north, since they dont because of odd things going on.
Hasnt been alot of interest, so unless that picks up in the next day or so, i'll put this off, or go myself.
I'm trying to clear a man for the mission. I haven't been able to figure that out yet. Y'all might need to go without me.
Im just trying to determine if people have interest....I just might send Detori & Castiel, as they were going to go investigate the wight cave, and they can do that later. I'd prefer the group go..but if no one is interested, then i'll go by myself. i also dont want to wait till next turn if folks decide they dont want to go.
I'm very interested in going, I just can't go in the spring.
