I'd like to go back to a suggestion that Dhrakoth made (as I usually do), in which Merric gets the Agrikan mace instead of the cane. Acoma can get the cane, but Merric keeps his throwing knife. Acadia can have the javelin. Acoma would not get preferential pick in the next treasure distribution.
That makes me feel better about Acadia's share, and Acoma's posh man gets the cane. How do people feel about that?

That doesn't change things on my side. So if Acoma would rather have that then what he has. Then Im cool with it.
While I really would like the cane, the javelin is worth much more than the cane. So I’m actually getting a worse draw here. I think we can just go with it the way Varock listed it, including my ability to pick first for treasure when I would like to.

Technically, I don't think that's how we defined your "future considerations". I suggested you get advantage on the treasure roll on the next group mission. Dhrakoth was even less specific. Personally, I don't really care if you get both the javelin and the cane. I just wanted to give Acadia a little extra. I can give him the throwing knife instead, if he wants it. I see throwing weapons as semi-disposable.

I want to destroy the mace. That's why I'm willing to give up the cane. If people are ok with keeping the current deal and letting me have the mace, then I'm good with that. Y'all can split up my furs between you, if that makes a difference.

I am curious, though, why you want to destroy the mace. Nothing I read in your summary of it seemed so bad that it needed to be destroyed, but maybe I missed something.
It possibly uses Agrikan ritual, so it's a religious item. I don't like Agrik, and if I can do anything to lessen their power, I'd like to. It also seems to be a recognizable item to Agrikans, so anyone who tries to use it and is seen would potentially be a target.
What clans were on the hunt? If I remember correctly, it was Merric, Acoma, Varock and Timador. Is that right?
No every clan was involved on that..i was back at the pirate cave helping load/protect/etc So my input is warranted.

But we can at least set a precedence, if you arent around, you arent valid for treasure .. so when the three guys left to find the boat and found a treasure trove, its theirs. Or if Timador and i found a secret stash while doing more exploring, its ours. I like that idea.
This was the dracofellas hunt. But let's not get distracted from the conversation at hand. We can discuss precedent in a separate thread.
