King Oscar Patience was the first half-human to be elected president in Preincipal's history; born to Fin Patience (A Forest Elf) and Linda Green (A Human). Oscar fought valiantly in the Gypsy War along with Gypsy, even joining his Army on the battlefield. King Oscar was chosen as the leader of the Remnant Alliance by Monarch Farley Charity.
Monarch Farley and King Oscar have a close platonic relationship, and share a deep trust even though there are around 30 years between them. King Oscar has two sons and a daughter, and tirelessly works to keep Preincipal and all countries under the Remnant Alliance safe.
