Proprietor of The Tearmann.
Lucien took over the business of running the Tearmann from his father and has been the owner and runner of the bar for a little under twenty years. He took over just after the civil war between the two cities of Magnus and Fusa had ended. He provided a place people could escape from the world for a bit and made it a sanctuary for them. He enforced a no violence rule while patrons were in the bar. They can take the fight outside, but he'd deal with the problem with deadly force if problem makers did not heed his warnings.
It was his dedication to creating this safe space that even the patrons would rise up and defend it, but the necessity to have muscle on hand was ever present. This became more so when he began helping innocent people targeted by the wrong people out of the city. His need for muscle is one of the reasons he employs Yuri as one of his bouncers.
