The Veil

When Sylvamym sacrificed herself to stop the Divine Sundering, she used what was left of her magic to cover Resa in a barrier. This barrier became known as the Veil and is seen across the sky as a tapestry of stars and nebulae.
The magic weaved into the Veil acts as an illusion hiding Resa from the Astral Sea but also prevents planar teleportation. To prevent the degradation of the magic, rituals are held every year by the Storm Giants.
