Session 6: Knowledge from the Grave

General Summary

Rost rendevouz with Daran Edermath at his orchard, receiving a request to investigate the undead seen at Old Owl Well. Daran also informs Rost that him and Wynlana intend to set up a city guard to prevent another group like the Redbrands. Salt visits the Alderleaf Farm talking with Carp and Qelline learning of a druid in Thundertree and Carp's desire to be an adventurer one day. Sister Garaelle talks with Icarus in private, giving him a quest to meet with a Banshee named Agatha and ask about the spellbook of the wizard Bojangles. Icarus receives a fancy comb from Sister Garaelle to trade to Agatha for the answer. The party leaves town, sending Drewp to tell Yeemik when to expect them.
Leaving Phandalin, the party begins to travel through the Irricroft Wilds to complete the quests they've accepted. The group first arrives at Vasat Kur looking for the Banshee Agatha. They find Agatha's hut made from twisted branches. Rost manages to insult Agatha, eventually putting him to sleep. After discussions to varying degrees of success, Icarus gives the comb to Agatha. She reveals that she knows not where the book has ended up but last she saw it, she had given the book to Tsernoth in a town in Southern Aelerith.
The Party levels up to Level 3. Mardot takes the Swashbuckler subclass, Icarus takes the Wild Card subclass, and Rost takes the Battle Master subclass.
