Charameli People People of Charamel They are the rich people. They are elf like in features and have very distinct sharp and pale features. They are real assholes and like to think they are better than all. They have ALOT OF.MONEY and will show it off in these extravagant parties that are planet sized. They are usually sitting at the head seat for the Consortium of Res Publica which is my world. The Consortium is a committee that runs the entire place like a buisness. There are 5 seats.
