An area around a dam, with a reservoir, a park, and more.

Castle Dam: With a modified terraforming device, this hydroelectric dam has cleaned the castle river of radiation and other contaminants. It has a thriving community dedicated to keeping the dam running.

Castle River: Spans most of Castle Way, used to be heavily irradiated, but it has been cleansed. The Mirelurks and/or Crab Mutants haven't adapted well to the suddenly far cleaner water, being weaker due to their biology requiring a small amount of radiation to properly form

Castle Park: Big Trees, a few bears, nearby Mirelurks. The trees might not have survived the radiation and the war, but now they have a chance to heal with actually good and clean water.

Potentially scrap made log cabins and some loggers.
