Those exposed to the cloud, while safe from immediate danger, would become trapped and eventually changed. These new monsters were able to leap around and constantly huffing and puffing with their respirators.

Ones with gas tanks often had more explosive bombs, those with makeshift arm blades had the knives and spears, and the trappers had a bear trap precariously secured on their persons. Some wear old firefighting helmets, part of the Casino's Emergency Response team.

Living their for almost centuries, they learned every way in and out, and have trapped the whole area, seeking new victims for an unknown reason

Saturn Metal: Saturn Cutters were knives made of a special alloy that was incredibly sharp and heat tolerant, but not immune to the corrosion of The Cloud

vines of the cloud grow all about, eating away the infrastructure

The infrastructure of the surrounding area, not the casino, every corner was cut and the money siphoned away
