Overview: a mix of rats and human, united by some plague.

Plague Rats: Created unintentionally in the pursuit of a panacea, a cure-all. When they bite humans, they cause transformations into rat-man hybrids.

Rat Man: These humans have been mingled with the Darkness and the Rats, more than just darkness. They have long clawed fingers, extended digits of both the hands and feet

Rat Infected: Humans infected by the rats. Their mutations are not as extensive, just becoming more feral and sensitive to light.
