Brainstorming Mutant Alliance

Spooktober 2024 Their Creators are uncaring, only seeing them as a way to get resources from the outside world. These mutants, humans mutated into larger beings, are cast away after their results are taken for unknown reasons. While many simply returned to roaming the wasteland, these ones were smart enough to enter a deal with their creators, being their outside help and trading wasteland resources in exchange for techology, weapons, and most importantly, more of themselves.
These mutants often grab metal, dirt, whatever the Creators tell them to get. They act semi-organized, and the mutants who haven't submitted simply have more hodge-podge armor and weapons.
Sycophant Mutant Equipment: Being connected to their Creators, they have access to Creator tech. They have 3D-printed armor and high-tech weaponry, along with cost-effective upscaled guns. They have access to Motor Skeletons, which are early offshoots of Androids or just poorly kept androids, which they serve a support role but can also be expended easily.
Creators: High up scientists in an armored bunker. While they do have a nuclear reactor and are self-sufficient, they are still experimenting and furthering science.  One of their experiments involves a way to 'improve' organisms against biological attack. When injected into humans, they grow in size and especially muscle. Problem is the mutation process can be unpredictable and enormously painful, often leaving the mutated a wreck of their former self.
The Creators don't see the mutants as much, but one of them focused on resources sees the value in having people give them resources in exchange for meager tech they make.
Mr. Sadistic: Mr. Sadistic was already a slave before being captured and experimented upon by the Creators. He was already broken and buffed up by a brutal enslavement. Being his mind survived enslavement, the pain of the transformation didn't affect him as much. He might not have been the mastermind behind the Sycophants, but he certainly is high up in them. He has his own custom weapon and set of armor, and one of his projects, using someone much smarter than him, is to take the best parts of other creatures and attempt to create a 'perfect' being.
