Egg Burdened are humans that have creatures beneath their flesh, writhing around. They were infected by a parasitoid demon. Some of them have so many they can only crawl, before eventually dying and the worms bursting forth.
A few rare ones retain most of their bodies, with the maggot instead growing near their head, bursting forth when commanded. These more able bodied fighters protect the other ones.
