Biker Gang
Biker Gang Brainstorming
Inspiration: Fallout New Vegas Great Khans
(Biker Gang) Biker Badass Armor: Combat Armor with a biker jacket thrown on over. Seen in higher up Biker gang members, likely called badasses.
Possible history: They originated from a prison break, being the Ideals. They went off to live a better life, leaving the Rulers to the old place and avoiding the Exiles as much as they could.
Warbands: The Bikers organize into Warbands, consisting of around 5-15 people per.
Deposition: Some Bikers raid, but most do more sustainable practices, such as salvage runs and delivering items across the land.
Weaponry and Equipment: They use Old wrenches turned into knives sometimes, and have Mongol styled armor, such as the helmets. They also have large belts normally around the torso with the Biker Emblem.
They use a symbolic knife made from an old wrench a lot. They use SMGs and sometimes heavier weapons, but mostly travel light and fast. They find themselves with Tire Irons, Wrenches, and the occasional Lead Pipe to use as weaponry.
Minotaurs? Possibly call them Minotaurs.
Possible Ideas
These are potential ideas to mix, but could be removed later.
Sulphur Runners: A group that lived in a sanctuary above a sulphur mine.
The sanctuary or underground bunker system was built in an old sulfur mine, but somehow the area became filled with precious minerals again, or the mine ran out of money.
The Sulfur runners use the vault as a home base and capital. They make lots of money dangerously by mining the sulfur, processing it, and selling it.
Prison Break Group: After a successful prison riot, the remaining prisoners split into 3 groups.
The Rulers stayed in the prison, using it as a fortress to raid the nearby locations.
The Exiles were expelled out of the prison cause they murdered all the staff, denying the others the ransom money gains and cementing themselves as bounties by the original group. The Rulers especially hate this group, the Ideals a little less.
The Ideals decided to go on a journey, looking for a treasure known. They left the rulers on good terms.
Biker Headquarters
Headquarters: Main place where they stayed. Papa Biker or Founder Biker stayed here as well. It is a hilly area, with a few notable peaks taken over by the Bikers. Part of it is fortified in case of attack, but the open-air Market is on the open side.
Open-Air Market: A few nearby wasteland traders and settlers sell their stuff here, along with any salvages the Bikers can find. Most come here for the simple protection of the Bikers.
Armory and Salvage Yard: Where the Bikers keep all their weapons and gear. It is quite a lot from across the wasteland, gathered through trade, salvages, or taking them off fallen foes.
The salvage yard is where they sort their salvage to either use themselves or use for barter.
Chem Lab: The Bikers have collaborated with some scientists to produce strong drugs for distribution. While the scientists would prefer to only create medicines, the protection the Bikers offer is quite sufficient.
Watchtowers: The Watchtowers are overseen by a sniper warband lead by Oscar Death-Stalk.
Smaller Locations
Biker Cache: Scattered across the wasteland, these caches and safehouses are for the frequent trips on the road.
Casino Runner Outpost: Near the casino they run people to. The deal is in exchange for a cut of the profits, they make sure prospective gamblers make it currency intact to the casino. This outpost is likely an old building just outside the casino, serving as a field headquarters.
Business Dealings
Business overview: The many business dealings of the Biker Gang. While they do raid and scavenge still, they have moved on to more sustainable ventures, mainly in bodyguarding and running up and down across the land. They maintain several stops along the road between dealings.
Sulphur Mining: From a sanctuary built in an old sulphur mine, there still is some sulphur left. Its a great defensive position and they sell the sulphur or use it themselves.
Drug production and distribution: They have themselves a production laboratory with some of the smart people. The smart people make better and more drugs in exchange for protection. They don't just make addictive drugs, but all kinds, especially medical ones.
Casino Escorting: For a casino in the wasteland with a settlement around it, they help escort many a traveller with their money to the casino safely in exchange for some of the profits. They've also set up a presence in the settlement surrounding the casino, sort of helping to keep it running.
