He’s known as a bully by many and chooses to stay away from him. He was always a bully since he was young and is still one. He does act a little bit nicer when he’s at work.
Scorpio has always hated Strasar for whatever reason and once he figured out that they don’t speak their native tongue that hatred grew and wanted to get them exiled which they were able to do.

He managed to get a place as a soldier somewhere in his 30’s or 40’s then was promoted as a commander a few years down the line. He had a few other jobs before this but he prefers to keep them private.
