High Command
They are the government of the Ruzaer and they have many different backgrounds which wasn’t always the case. They are one to make the laws which are useful to most of the clans. Most of the clans have to agree on the law in order for it to go into action after the government branch needs to approve it.
They are made up of two branches; Law and Government. The law branch are the one that makes up the laws. The government branch manages the ██████████.
Only government officials are allowed inside the building unless someone makes an appointment. The employees are rarely seen in public, mostly staying inside and leaving during the night.
