The Third Marker in the Sea

Taneroa is a place of chaos incarnate. The ancient power that lies there has long been the bane of all mortals on Cadash. Kor harnessed the elements at the birth of the world. I believe he did it at Taneroa, and it is from here that the Four Aspects of Chaos eventually emerged. This power is tied to the elements that birthed them.Alas the creature of Chaos harnessed this power to his own will and uses it against all. 
There are five of these places on and around Taneroa. They are guarded and the ancient one watches them. However it can not be in all places. It may be possible to weaken the Chaos by breaking its hold over some of these places.
I leave what I know here in hopes that it guides you.
There are twin volcanos on Taneroa, and I explored both and saw no sign of power in them. I suspect that the birth of Fire came from a volcano on the north island or on the one in the southwestern island.
There is an ancient Shrine of Stone built upon the cliffs and mountains on the western peninsula. The rocky nature leads me to believe this is the place where Earth was born.
The birth of Water has eluded me, but I suspect that it may lie on one of the reefs that surround Taneroa. Beware the denizens of the deep.
The far southwest of the island is a chunk of rock that is always struck by storms and lightening. I feel the power of Air in this spot. 
The last point of power lies on an island within the a lake on Taneroa's northwest side. You will see an ancient ziggurat there. What you seek is within.
I have my own plans to help me defeat this ancient evil. Perhaps I will and you need not face him. But Irev has shown me much and I fear it will not be so. Still, I shall not abandon my beloved Nace to the underworld.
