Set
Lord of the Dead
Set cares deeply for all of us. He is a welcoming god, one that knows the true face of Chaos and all the horrors that is can unleash. Because of this, he dedicates himself to embracing mortals with all their good and bad qualities. His kingdom is endless and free from Chaos. Fearing Set is illogical. Reach out and take his open hand.

Personal history
Created by Kor after Chaos had invaded the Kaball and started tainting the living creations with disease, fear and torment. Yeno told her brother that something must be done to help these creations, a way to make their suffering finite. Thus Yeno and Kor invented death and with that the embodiment of mortality - Set. The act of creating that which ends life was not lost on Set, but he understands his duties all too well. Soon, he set into motion removing those beings that were tainted by Chaos.
Eventually, Set took the whole thing too far, and some kind of temperance was needed to hold back his drive. Once again Yeno and Kor got together to create a companion for Set, and so Nyk was created.

Morality & Philosophy
Set is a very focused god. His ambition is to bring as many mortals as he can into death’s embrace and safely into the underworld. He takes Kor’s orders to help end the torment of Chaos very seriously. As such, dealing with him one on one can be a dangerous endeavor. He will often try to shift any deals to his advantage to save more mortals with death. Most who wish to engage with death will go to his wife Nyk.
