The Devil's Hand

The Devil's Hand is a cabal of Teiflings that worship Asmodeus and believe themselves to be the one pure decendents of him. Their ultimate goal is to open a portal to the Nine Hells and reclaim the place as their own. Clearly, they are crazy.
They believe that they found a partial portal into hell on a farm (it was just a hole to the underdark). They made a complex on this farm, and in exploring the area found a nest of Dragonborn eggs, which they claimed as their own. They hatched and raised the eggs as slaves, working the farm and using them to build portals to Asmodeus' domain, which will never work since none of them have that kind of magical ability. One of the slaves, Tarhun, escaped their clutches, but the tieflings are too absorbed in their own insantiy to notice.
