Olvain Foamfollower

Olvain Foamfollower is the Vizier of the province of Peredur. In his youth he cut a dashing figure as a Captain of the Fleet, and into his middle age he was considered one of the finest admirals the Imperial Navy ever had. But a strange wasting disease he picked up on an unknown island has crippled him in his old age. The strength of his body has largely left him, and he leans on two canes to walk. His mind is still strong, but none know for how long. For as the body goes so too must someday the mind.
