These are the immutable, unbreakable laws of the Empire, as decreed by God Emperor Ratha Fijorn himself.
To disobey these laws is to invite exile, reformation, or execution. The Veil enforces them, and no mortal—not even a noble—may defy them.
1. The Emperor’s Word is Absolute
- The God Emperor is the highest authority in Fijorn.
- His decrees override all other rulings.
- To question his will is heresy—and heresy is punishable by death.

- The Veil judges all, and its ruling is final.
