Overview
Feylia Virelune is the Guildmaster of the Adventurers' Guild in the Realm of Galia. Respected, revered, and cloaked in mystery, Feylia is an archmage of immense power and unnerving presence. Her appointment to the position of Guildmaster is not by her will—it was imposed upon her by a being not of this world. Bound by an eternal servitude to an incomprehensible entity beyond the veil of reality, Feylia walks a razor's edge between control and subjugation.
Her loyalty is absolute, but her will is not free. Though she performs her duties as Guildmaster with precision and wisdom, the weight of her unseen master looms like a shadow behind her every word. When she speaks, the air itself changes—the same sentence echoes in multiple whispers, each layered in different tones, male and female, childlike and ancient. Those who hear her voice speak of it for days after, unsure if they dreamed it or truly heard it.
Appearance
Feylia stands tall, adorned in deep violet robes that shimmer like galaxies caught in silk. Her hair is long, starlit silver, cascading down her back and seemingly unaffected by gravity. Her eyes are pools of shifting constellations, giving the impression she is always watching not just you, but something behind you. Intricate tattoos of celestial and arcane symbols wind up her neck and arms, glowing faintly when she channels power.
Her presence is not merely seen—it is felt. A tangible sense of knowledge and alien reverence accompanies her wherever she walks, and few can meet her gaze for long without shuddering.
Personality
Outwardly calm, wise, and impartial, Feylia speaks with cryptic certainty and unshakable confidence. Her compassion feels genuine, but there is a haunting sadness behind her kindness—like someone trying to offer warmth while chained in a frozen prison. She never discusses her past, nor the being to whom she is bound, but she bears her servitude with grace.
Feylia favors problem solvers and those who act decisively. She often mentors younger mages and adventurers in the guild, speaking in riddles or teaching them through indirect challenges. Though she rarely shows anger, when she does, the world listens.

Role in the Adventurers’ Guild
Feylia oversees all Adventurers' Guild operations in Galia. She sets policy, assigns quests, and holds final authority on all guild decisions. However, her true influence extends beyond administrative tasks. Feylia is also the Guild’s secret arcane anchor—its most potent defense against extraplanar threats, magical corruption, and time-warping anomalies.
Many suspect that she sees the world differently—that she knows what lies behind the veil of reality. In truth, her mind is partially elsewhere, always connected to her unknowable master. Her servitude to this being grants her terrifying awareness, often providing her knowledge of events before they happen.
Allegiance to the Unknown
Feylia is irrevocably bound to a multiversal entity that does not hail from the planes known to mortal scholars. This being placed her within the Guild to serve a hidden purpose, and she obeys without question. The full nature of their bond is unknown, but Feylia cannot disobey direct commands from this entity.
When she communes with it—often at night in the highest spire of the Guild—her body becomes translucent, revealing stars and nebulae swirling beneath her skin. Her whispers during these rituals bend reality and can temporarily fracture time for those who listen too closely.
The Guild believes she is their protector. The truth is she is their warden—and she watches both outward and inward.
Final Notes
Feylia is one of the most powerful arcane forces in the Realm of Galia, but she is not free. She is a paradox—both benevolent and bound, mentor and manipulator. The adventurers who work under her banner are both her students and her instruments. Though she may offer help, insight, and warnings, her true purpose remains in the hands of an alien god.
In her own words:
"You see stars in the sky and think them distant. I see stars behind your eyes—and I fear what watches through them."
