Li

Li is a round faced young man who wears glasses. He speaks like he is trying to stay calm at all times, almost in an exaggerated monkish way. He is originally from Amou-Shen in Azah and had a mental breakdown in the first year of medical school (with Theo). After stripping naked during an exam and running around the school yelling "Is this what you want from me?!?!?!" he left the next day in shame and signed up to be a monk trainee in Teroz. It took a lot of meditation to help him feel better, but he ended up finding his calling in theological research. He was recently sent to the Deusbora district of Pelipuran to research the Two Sisters' Sect, due to some texts recently discovered in a Terozian archive. Terozian scholars are very interested in the Two Sisters' Sect, though they do not explicitly believe in or worship the Sister. They are open to exploring and understanding the sect and what historical evidence, if any exists, would prove the existence of the sister.
Li works underneath scholar Oparr, who is a Terozian visiting scholar as well. He has special permission to visit various sacred monuments which have been excavated out of various tunnels beneath the city. One monument, known as the Uterra, depicts two women facing each other, with overlapping stomachs containing the image of a fetus - this implies the two gestate together and share a uterus.
Li is also particularly interested in studying the peak of Mt Fyor, which is shrouded in mystery. He wishes to interview the party about their experiences in the jungle.
