Bond of Passion

This spell requires 2 Casters. Each must be within 10 feet of one another throughout the duration of the spell and each must expend a Level 3 Spell Slot, One as their Action for the turn, the primary caster, and the other as a Reaction. Both creatures must maintain Concentration for the spell to be active.
Target a creature within range and burn your very heart and soul up as you bombard it with fire. The target must make a Dexterity Saving Throw, taking 10d6 Fire Damage on a fail and half as much on a success. As each of the participating parties cast this spell, either or both of them may expend a number of hit dice up to what they currently have available, adding the rolled numbers to the given fire damage.
