Personal history

For ten millennia, Szadek ruled the House from the shadows. The original Guildpact promised secrecy to Szadek's forces; to reveal the existence of the Dimir was to break the pact. Unsurprisingly, Szadek used this stipulation to plan a takeover.

His plans came to fruition on the Decamillennial Celebration. Agrus Kos was there to arrest him, but doing so revealed the guild's existence, thereby breaking the Guildpact.

After his death, his ghost lived on to wreak havoc across Ravnica. He is responsible for the destruction of the Parhelion I and the death of Razia. Ultimately his spirit passed on, and he remains a memory in the rubble.
