Personal history
Jarad is a lich, an undead master of necromancy. In life, he was an archer and accomplished hunter within the Swarm. He sought to master the magic of death to sacrifice himself to save his son from a Rakdos plot. He succeeded in ensuring the release of his son, but not safe passage out of Rakdos' territory.
