Session 030: Carnival Report
General Summary
Going around the carnival they found the market & purchases some magic items & gear.
Going into the big tent for the show it ended with a Rabbitfolk brought in to the show, & Isolde announced that it was time for something different. She executed the rabbitfolk for murder & asked the party to track down the accomplices.
Tracking a redcap to the hall of horrors they defeated him, & were told that Isolde is a fiend & the source of all evils in the Carnival by the Professor.
Reporting to Isolde she thanked them & offered to take them with her to a new land, deciding to leave for greener pastures.
The party declined the offer, so she asked them if they'd be willing to check out the Barovian Carnival led by Happy Jack. Also known as Jack von Zarovich. She told them that she couldn't help Vasilka unless she was to remain with the carnival, however if they agreed to take care of the Happy Jack. Return the children, & ensure that all know that it was not Isolde's carnival. The scroll of True Polymorph would unlock.
Isolde told them that they could have the reading vardo of the murder victim if they desired, & everything within it. They would need a horse to pull it.
