The Chained Oblivion is not like the other gods, and even the other Betrayers fear and revile it. It's chaotic mind has no active awareness of the world, but it's sleeping and imprisoned consciousness dreams the infinite depths of the Abyss into reality, along with the demons and abberations that populate it.

Imprisoned by great magical shackles beneath the cursed mountain of Gatshadow, it slumbers fitfully, while cultists dedicated to the Epoch of Ends plot to set it free.

Offer and siphon power to the Oblivion until his liberaton comes

Restore and exalt his forgotten shrines
