Blackrock Mine

The Blackrock Mine is where the Blackrock Mining Group is currently headquartered, and it only contains the only entrance to the sprawling mine that is still rich in various ore and gemstones. The mines provide resources to the realm and to the Metropolis of Emergence. Many of the mining tunnels are twisted and turned in ways meant to access and extract as much wealth as possible from the surrounding rock, and as a result, parts of the Mines were dangerously unstable.
In the deepest depths of the mine, it is rumored that somewhere there is a secret area that contains direct access to a fractured ley line along with a portal waypoint that leads back to the Metropolis of Emergence.
After the purge, Count Strahd Von Zarovich tried several times to find the area but had no luck. He called off the search after the influx of new travelers and adventurers had made their way into the realm.
